Complete waste of money, no coverage ANYWHERE!!

I have called Cell C on numerous occasions to report my bad coverage since opening my contract with them a few months ago. I am told different things on each occasion, the most recent being that the bad coverage is due to upgrades, yet I have had terrible coverage since opening my contract. I am told to report this via email, and send the required documentation in, but I have STILL not received the necessary documentation to do so. I had to call the call center 3 times in one afternoon, wait on hold for over 15 minutes on each occasion, only to have to speak to a different person each time and then get CUT OFF because the call center agents couldnt hear me due to my terrible coverage! It is not the area that I stay in- I have problems everywhere- Randburg, Bryanston, Fourways, Bedfordview. I might as well be throwing my money away each month because I am getting nothing for it and would gladly cancel the contract and move back to Vodacom if I could, as I never experienced these problems with them. Unfortunately I would have to pay Cell C R6200 to do this, and I feel I have already given them far too much of my money for a terrible service. I am beyond frustrated- Cell C is terrible
