Damaged cell phone

I opened account on the 14/06/2013 and on the 2nd of july I took it back due to technical problem. After 21 days I was called saying the phone is ready to be collected only to found that my phone is been changed, they gave me an old scratched phone, screen broken and media card not functioning and they kept insisting that the phone is new, I asked if they could change me to another phone, they said its impossible.
