I did an online app for a data contract. I was contacted in 48 hours but the sales consultant didn't really listen to my request and just wanted to make a sale. I wanted the contract to start in August and he said he would make a note and it was fine. I then got contacted for delivery after the courier had come (they were supposed to phone first). After taking delivery I phoned to ask about activation and was told it would be for July despite agreeing with the sales consultant for August. I was told there was nothing they could do. Now 3 weeks down the line the sim card is still not active even after an activations consultant said they would call me back. I phoned in and after 40min on the phone they had to log a call because the consultant couldn't help. Very bad service and not professional no one listens or keeps promises or helps.
