After i complained on hello peter about delay of service delivery, 24th July, Ruth responded to say someone will get back to me.

Daniel Menong did get back to me via email. sent a form to fill in and we debated about why i should fill in forms when i wasn't told about it on the 24th when i requested my ITC number. he insisted that i fill it. after i sent it to him on the 1st of August, he acknowledged receiving it. Since then, no ITC number was sent to me. I sent him an email on Monday asking about ITC number and that was after i called 011 262 2699 and he was not at his desk.

I sent an email again on the 6th of August and no answer still. but when Mi Way Suze called him this morning he gave her the ITC number.

Am worried about the way RMCS doesn't take their clients seriously. it is disturbing. I would like to cancel my membership with RMCS. only because of no sense of urgency from your members in two instances.

1. forms had to be sent
2. after forms had been sent, still no response. way even beyond 48 hours. 2nd of August to get response on the 7th.
