I phoned Nqobile to take out a Vitality Mobile Cell C contract on Wednesday this week. I requested to port my number (currently a Cell C number) to vitality mobile. She sent me some forms claiming that i have to do a port request. Then hand this in to the courier upon delivery of my phone. I wanted my number to be activated upon arrival of my phone and not have to wait "72 hours" as she said for my number to be active.
I phoned back the following day an to my regret i found out my data had not been captured on the system i.e. order was not put through. Another consultant asked if i wanted to restart the entire process.
Nqobile contacted me yesterday (Thursday) and offered to make matters correct by doing a sim-swap telephonically. I called in today, the consultant said i must wait for Nqobile to get back to her shift after 1pm. She said she 'needed to verify' the assurances she made to me on Nqobile's behalf and said Nqobile will contact me when her shift starts. I asked a simple question like "what colour is my handset" and she couldn't answer. I am still confused about this???
Is this the level of service i will continue to receive from Vitality Mobile Cell C???
