I called Mtn coperate call centre on the 17 July 2013 to apply a new contract with 2 lines. They informed me to have the 2nd number RICA'd under my name. So i went into an MTN store and done as requested; i also had to go to a police station to draw up an affidavit confirming what i have done. The following day (18/07/13) i emailed the necessary documents to a supervisor by the name of Calvin email address " [Email Removed] and call there call centre back to confirm if documents were received, a lady by the name of Primrose confirmed all were in order and the phones would be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Its has been more than 2 weeks later and still no phones. I spoke with a lady by the name of Tebogo last and demanded to speak with a supervisor beacuse i was not getting any joy and was told the supervisor was in a meeting and would call me back, it was been 2 days later and i am still waiting for this Calvin supervisor to call me back. It is really shocking that MTN treats new potential customers like this...
