Same problem persisting

After the problim was reversed and account sorted this line per my request is cept blocked and the balance paid in monthly extra installments

However sms's still received informing me of limits reached and line now suspended or softblocked

as mentioned above only incoming line in fear of recuring problems.

The vodacom consultants have been very helpfull however the sms's are still showing up as clockwork
