Vodacom
Vodacom can't get it's advertising or stock right

Last 3 upgrades plenty of problems.. Been trying to upgrade for a week now, every phone I ask for is out of stock .. after 15 years in the business I would expect that someone at Vodacom would have be able to anticipate necessary stock levels and not advertise what you do not have
The staff on the upgrade line do not know the difference between out of stock and discontinued
Complained on HP.. response completely inadequate and now no response at all
There has been no improvement in upgrade service for for 6 years now, plenty of requests to evaluate but no resulting improvement
