Be careful when using Roto Roote

Had my drain blocked up in February this year. Got Roto Rooter to unblock it. Four months later it's blocked again so, I phoned Roto Rooter to complain. First thing they told me was they only guarantee their workmanship for fifteen days.(which in it's self speaks volumes) I was not happy with this as most companies guarantee their work for six months. Anyway, I was put through to a manager called Bruce who, instead of listening to my concerns, became quite aggressive and rude and seemed to have an extraordinary power to see drains through a metre of soil. He told me my drain was damaged and then that the pipe was flat. Anyway, I write this so others may get to know what RR are like. Forget the utopian adverts heard in the media.
