Previous complains https:///mweb/complaints/harasment-continuing-to-crimanal-activity-1159591 and https:///mweb/complaints/constant-bad-service-1038166 still has reference.

After promises and publicly responding on Hello Peter to the the previous complains that the situation has been resolved, I can only report that it is still not resolved.
