ACCOUNTS IN SHAMBOCK AND NO PROPER FEEDBACK

I bought lounge suite from Morkels in my mothers account but i make payments via debit order. the contact was for 12 months and i missed only 2 months payment of which i'm aware of that. been calling them every month to confirm reciept of payment but there still outtanding amount which i have no clue where they are being added from. i then requested a detailed statement of all the money that has been paid arear like the proper statement from the day of purchase this was in May. i then reminded the on the 12 June 2013 but still no joy till todate but i was told there's still 2000 outstand but from, y calculation from the previous amoun they gave me it should be 1000. i then spoke to the supervisor but still. see email below:
