Cancelling of the Service and Contract

In reference to: SD124099. I am cancelling the virgin mobile contract, due to the poor network service and coverage I receive from Virgin Mobile. To date since the 30th July, I have received no feedback from Ashely (CSOPS manager) who indicated that he handed the cancellation over to the a " Collen " on the 1st Aug from cancellations department, and then Chris Barnanrd from cancellations team on the 5th Aug. apparently these 2 gents would have contacted me. Nobody even lifted a finger on that side to push a button to call me. Virgin Mobile have breached contract, as they have not provided the service they committed to me as the client (IE; proper coverage) as per the contract signed. I have to get this cancelled to port the number back to ensure I move to MTN to re-port the number to us eon MTN network. HOW LONG and WHEN will this cancellation take place??? I NEED A PHONE SERVICE, if I'm in situation where I require a emergency services no matter what the circumstance and I cannot get hold of them, I will take VM to court for the damages! NO BLUFF! This is Ridiculous!
