I've cancelled my Virgin Mobile contract some months ago, via phone, and followed up with an email. I moved over to CellC and did a number port. I got a call from Virgin a couple of weeks ago as the credit card they were using had expired, and they wanted the new number. I informed them I cancelled, and went through the process again of cancelling. I've just received another bill from Virgin inspite of cancelling again. Please can someone remove me from the system? At this stage, I'm so fed-up, I don't to hear anything about virgin mobile again.
