I cancelled My Virgin contract 30 days prior to the renewal date. I was assured the contract would be cancelled as per the below email from Chris:

Hi Luke.
Your request to cancel has been noted and diarized for 29/09/2013 as we require a 30 day notice for all cancellations.
Your final payment will be on 01/11/2013 as we invoice a month in arrears.
This means that your final airtime loaded on 01/09/2013 will only be invoiced on 01/10/2013 and payment will then be taken on 01/11/2013.
Virgin stiull debited my account 01 December. I emailed Chris saying I have been debited again, he sent the following email:

I requested for an urgent refund for you.
Your reference number is 9859.

He assure me it would be paid, he has ignored my emails since requesting feedback.
USELESS! This is exactly why I cancelled my contract.
I want my money back!
