VERY VERY VERY BAD SIGNAL IN BOTH AREAS MENTIONED

This is not the first complaint I am logging related to the signal in my area. previously mtn very reluctantly after i blatently refused to have a single fixed point installation installed mtn installed a cellfi system in my home which no longer helps.

I logged a signal issue more than two weeks ago and mtn still have no idea what is going to be done about this.

I have logged a complaint with the NCC regarding this as MTN are my and a lot of other customers money as we are paying for services which MTN spend millions and millions of rand promoting and we are unable to make use of them because mtn's infrastructure is way below par and it has been that way for ages.

I therefore request that my contract is cancelled prematurely free of any cancellation charges to me due to mtn's inability to provide me with the services that i am paying for and not getting. This is nott he first time I have had an issue with mtn's quality of service. In fact overall I have been more unhappy than happy. I have a handset which I will continue to pay for for the remainder of the contract the pay in amount is R150 per month. please contact me urgently regarding my proposal. thank you.
