Cell C breach of contract due to no signal

At the end of 2012 I migrated to Cell C as I believed that they offered value for money. Unfortunately as of late there is no signal to be used at my office in Vermeulen/Madiba Street 220. From as early as 08h00 until the time I leave to go home there is no data services available. To add insult to injury, I am often unable to make normal calls or receive calls.

This is unacceptable as I cannot be contacted by people such as my clients or the school where my children are.

I have logged a complaint via your website to no effect.
A telephonic compliant was also logged and no follow up was done.

Vodacom installed signal boosters in our building for their clients. Cell C simply told a colleague at the end of last year that the signal is weak and we have to live with it.

I pay for a service where I get data to use and airtime with the view that I want to be able to contact people, access my mail and other services. This I cannot do due to your lack of a network. If you cannot supply the network you need to cancel my 2 year contract so I can over free of any penalty to a provider that can deliver the goods, in this case proper signal strength and a working network.
