Last month i prematurely cancelled 4 lines due to terrible service from Vodacom which is signal related over the last 6 years. I now only have 2 lines which i am contemplating also prematurely cancelling. However for some reason Vodacom still went and deducted from my account a highly ridiculous subscription fee instead of only for two lines. This is despite the fact that i made payments into the accounts prior to the 4th August as initially discussed, Vodacom incorrectly captured them for the 5th and caused this problem. I have already logged a complaint and Lethu has been extremely helpful thus far but i need the will from a decision maker to urgently finalise this issue and pay me back my money. This is now critical..
