This is now the third hello peter post I am making in as many months with regards exactly the same issue as before! I am still waiting upon someone to come and prove that the signal is absolutely pathetic and I want out of this contract now. I have been patient polite understanding and now I have had enough. I had an appointment with one of your technicians over two weeks ago and he did not come nor did he phone and apologise and reschedule! What kind of circus are you running there where you make appointments and then just don't come? where I log 2 signal issues with your call centre and no one gets back to me? where a log two hello peter complaints and absolutely zip happens! and this is apparently one of this countries leading service providers? This is a joke! you are are joke!!! you are taking my money and giving me nothing in return! I have had enough! I want out of this contract! I AM NOT INTERESTED IN HAVING THE SIGNAL ISSUE FIXED I WANT OUT OF THIS. I expect someone of authority to PHONE me regarding this. you are taking hard earned money and you are not providing the services that you spend millions advertising there is something very wrong with this picture!
