No response I make all the calls

On the 24th July telkom to instal ADSL
lack of lines told me they would come back the 25th July.
nobody came.
The manager told me that they will inset additional lines on the 1st august then call me to set up a new date.

I called again today the 6th and Patience tells me that it was not done on the first,
I asked to speak to a manager or team leader and apparently they all out for a meeting. (everybody)
