8.ta Deducts money but doesn't give me the data

I'm on a Contract with 8.ta for the past two years and just got an upgrade. So on the 1st of June I bought 1 Gig Mobile data for my smartphone, I used the 8.ta app to do so... Nothing happened and the Data did not come through. so I dialed *188# and bought another Gig..Nothing Came through. The money was still deducted.

I phoned 8.ta to find out what the problem was, they told me they will give my details to the Technical Department and said they would call me within 3 days - 72 hours and call again if no one reached me... and a case number "6239143" so i waited and nothing. I called them again after the time passed and still no phone call or email... I have been waiting for 2 weeks now... this is poor service and they are not giving me what i am paying for.

I am also not receiving any calls sometimes people say they call me and nothing comes through no missed calls. Also I haven't used my whats app ad it seems that my whats app is being used to advertise PC parts to my contacts.

I am Not happy what is a smartphone for if i don't have data for it!!! :(
