WAITING FOR 1 MONTH FOR A NEW CELL PHONE

Since December 24th when I agreed to a new contract and cell phone, I have had the run around everyday from Altech Autopage Head Office. Everyday the courier is dropping my phone off in Sasolburg but it never arrives. When I enquire as to what is going on, I never get a straight answer and they will call me back. They dont. I have to phone back. I have been waiting for a Sony Xperia Gold for over a month now. I managed to talk to the Directors Secretary yesterday and by then I was livid. What is going on???
