New phone not replaced after 15days

I bought a phone on the 21st of June from Altech Nicolway. I took th ephone back after 3 days as it was giving me problem. to this day I am still waiting for Altech to give me my phone back or a new phone. i have been phoning Altech everyday to get feedback. everyday i am told they are waiting for some part of the phone. no one is bothering to let me know what is going on.

this is the worst service I have ever received from any supplier ever. I will make sure I tell whoever cares to listen how horrible Altech Nicolway Service is.
