Very good service

I would like to inform you of really good service that I received from one of your staff members at South Coast Mall on 17 January. I didn't get her name, but it was the lady in Payments who was wearing a green top. She really tried her best to assist myself along with 73 year mum for a query on her telephone line. The store was busy as usual and all the 3 Service counters were full and moving very slowly. She tried her best to assist us, even though she didn't have too. She was extremely friendly tried her best to help as she could she my mum was old and was having an issue with the long wait in the store. You normally don't get people that are so helpful and offer good service these days, but she was an exception.
