4 WEEKS HAVE PASSED, STILL NOTHING DONE!!

My wife has been in contact with Telkom, the call centre for the past 4 weeks now, escalates it 3 times every week, to date NOTHING has been done to fix my line, she even resorted to placing a report on hello peter over a week ago, the people from the escalations dpt that reply to these complaints have replied to every one else complaints but have BLATANTLY IGNORED our complaint, people that placed reports after we did were helped but ours was ignored!! She requested for a manager from escalations to call her, no one has. Causing us to think that absolutely NO WORK is being done on our line, the one day we get an sms saying that a technician has been assigned to the fault and THEY ARE ATTENDING TO IT, thereafter we get an sms saying they are waiting for a technician to be assigned, this does not make sense looks like the one technician passes it onto the next and the next and nothing has been done to remedy this as a result, THIS IS UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF SERVICE I will be contacting the CPA should no one resolve this, I don't appreciate their DONT CARE attitudes. my number is 012 807 6182.
