Telkom refuse to send out a technician to my house

After waiting for about 5 months Telkom installed a line into my complex which was recently built. I requested for a technician to come and hook my unit up soon after the work was completed at the end of Jan but Telkom told me that the installation was not completed and would only be completed mid Feb.

I waited till mid Feb before following up when I was then told that the installation to my complex had not been completed. A new date for completion was unknown (even though it was finished) and after many pointless escalations that yielded no result I decided to brave their call centers again today.

I was told that the project on my complex/area would only be completed sometime in April but was still uncertain, I requested a technician to please come out as I had been told by Telkom engineers in the area the work was done on my complex and I have personally seen the cables hooked up to the main box inside.

They refuse to send out a technician and say they will escalated it, nothing comes from the escalations ever. All I want is a technician to come to my house and have called over 20 times, I have run out of patience. What must I do Telkom!!??? 6 months and counting!!!???
