After a 15 year relationship with Autopage, I'm done! I have been trying for two months to migrate to another package. The call centre has not managed to give me a single email address or phone number to the migrations department, nor can any one of the agents give me any answers, although they keep you on hold for 20 minutes at a time. Client care's email address sends me an auto response that they will contact me in 24 hours - two months and many follow-ups from my side and still no response. I'm beginning to think that they deliberately keep clients on expensive packages as long as possible by not making contact. I will seek legal council because I'm sure this is against the consumer protection act
