Worst company ever!!!

The day my contract expires it will not be a day too soon. I will never to business with Autopage even if they were giving away cellphones/laptops for free. From the start the service of this company has been disgusting to say the least. Autopage has decided a few months down the line to start charging me a postage fee without notifying me about it. When i called in to query this i was told that i was sms'd to inform me. Now i wonder if anyone at Autopage sat back for a moment and thought maybe the clients that utilise the package deals don't actually use the sim cards. They also did not have my email address on file even though i have corresponded with the Sales agent via email and they had my alternate cellphone number on their system yet chose to sms to the sim card i am not using. So due to their lack of communication skills i end up having to pay more. If there is anyway for me to get out of this contract please let me know as i am so over Autopage right now.
