No information on install after 6 months

Hi,

I have been calling Telkom on a daily basis for the last 6 months almost.

At first you told me that there are lines available in my area and that moving my line would happen.
Then after 4 people told me different stories, I was told that the infrastructure isn't there yet.

Now I was told that it would be updated on when the infrastructure will be built by the first of April as your year ends end of March! I still haven't heard when or what time this will happen??

Please advise as I am quite tired of phoning your call centre to just hear that nothing has been updated for install dates!!
