I have been charged and fund debited from my bank account for a data bundle that was cancelled the same day that it was added to my phone as it was added to my phone by human error.the data deoartment agree that i never used the data and that i should no be billed for it however it was cancelled on the 1st July and i have been billed and debited for it in the 1st of august i have waited and conracted the call centre on more than one occassion and iv waited over 30 days for someone from vodacom to call me. This minth they charged me R100 for a failed direct debit whatdoes the consumer charge vidavom for stealling money from my bank account for a service that was cancelled and never used. I WANT MY.MINEY REFUNDED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. the last refund promised to me took a whole minth and ended up being a credit on my next bill this is not good enough u have left a customer out of pocket i want both debits refunded the charge for a failed direct debit and the charge for a service never used and cancelled correctly! Make the changes and make it quick because this is the second time vodacom has provided disgusting customer service! i
