Best service EVER experienced

After a bad experience with a competitor, I walked into the shop and asked to be helped immediately to be a Cell C customer. The sales staff and manager went out of their way to make my day and assisted me with the transfer to them.

I was kept informed about the process and had my phone the next day as promised. Even though systems were down to do the port, they gave me a temporary phone number so that I could get the handset I wanted. They then informed me that I would get a number change on the new sim card without ANY costs to me. Normally this would be for my account, but they were willing to incur this themselves.

I have never been more surprised by the levels of service, friendliness and willingness to assist than this store has shown me. They have truly set the benchmark against which I will measure future service delivery.
