Hi, on Saturday 15 June, I took out a contract with cell in Game Southgate, through the process the guy mention that it will be a new number. Fail to ask if I want to change or keep my existing number. I mean Cell's got a promotion that once you move to cell c, you can keep your existing number. On Tuesday I phone cell's call centre, I was transfer to the port department, they told me the number can be ported as it is within 7 days. I went to Southgate, same day. The guy at the port department, told the sales guy in Game, that it cannot be done. If I want to do this I need to pay R250, why giving me hope that my number can be port, or falsely advertise that once you move over to cell C, you can keep your existing number. I am really disappointed and unhappy about the false advertising. I went to the branch in Southgate, as I was refer by the sales op in Game, the lady was not helpful and friendly, I am not sure was it because I got there just before six or what, she told me you late and you will pay the R250 to change your number. I regret moving over to Cell C, I am working for an insurance company, and we make sure we give our client's the best services, unlike Cell C.
