Wrong phone was blacklisted. still no phone

I need my phone and need to be compensated for my time wasted going up and down to the store and still not being assist as promised and need to be compensated for your staff not being competent enough to do a right job. I need to be compensated for not having a phone for 2 months while my money is being taken every month.
Nature of complaint: Handset problem - Have not received my phone/ received incorrect or faulty phone
Complaint description:
Because the staff at cell c in Southgate is useless. I have 2 lines with cell c Samsung galaxy GT5300 on contract. One of the cellphones were and did contact cell c customer service to blacklist the phone the lady who assisted me can't remember her name. Confirmed that it is the right IME number as well as the cellphone number. After i Blacklisted the cellphone which was my fiance's. I started to have problems with my cellphone. I could not receive calls, messagers or even make calls or send out messagers and the phone was freezing. When i tried to call out i get a message saying simcard or network error. I removed the sim card set the settings on the phone nothing worked. I went to cell c in southgate to explain what is the problem
