Never answers the phone

No one answers the phone, I call, and call, and call, and call no answer... I eventually phone the staff at the other Clearwater shop to go and ask them to answer, which they then did...
I go to MTN shop LM180B. While waiting for someone to find my phone that got lost at MTN... The store was rather quite. So I decided to test the phone and call 083 869 6670, so while I call the number I can hear and see staff chatting and laughing at the back.By the 5th time I call someone answers the phone. When I asked why the staff member said they were busy. Which is a cause I was watching them!!!

Terrible terrible service!!! I am shocked at the manor they treat their customers calling.

I want someone from MTN head office to let me know why this type of customer service is allowed
