NO ANSWERT!!! BAD SERVICE!

We are not the type of people who loose patience quickly but when you call a shop the whole day and no one answers or when you get an answer and they just say call this number you kind of get fed up it! We applied for a contract phone Monday morning and the lady was very helpful she said 24 hours and you will know if it is approved! Two days later no one called to say they need extra information we got a quick sms saying the forms are incomplete after we made sure every little detail were filled in! Now day 2 after waiting for a response the lady is off at work today no one answers their phone! I don't care if you are busy but two days without any one answering a phone??? I don't have all day to call them I have work to do too! Where is service going these days!
