NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE!!! NO HELP!!!

HI there to whoever is reading this i have purchased items via china over a week and a half ago. the status says the same thing it did a week ago via EMS... now wen i am trying to call the post office or jhb international mail services no one answers!!! on all of the 100 numbers or so they have on the site which is absolutely ridiculous! nobody answers! how is this even possible?? i did not even recieve a local tracking number yet and have no clue were my items are! this is not the first time it happened it happens all the time! i mean who is in charge here? a manager who lets the staff not answer calls? so what are we paying for? cause there's no customer service help, just a stupid answering machine which tells u hold on your call is important! i mean really what help is that?? poor pathetic service!
