BAD SERVICE- DISSAPPOINTED

Hi

I am trying to get in contact with MTN N1 City as I would like to find out if my phone is ready for pick up. Nobody is picking up the phone. This is ridiculous! How can you run a business without a phone. I have tried to email them as well but nobody is responding. They have had my phone for two weeks now and nobody has called me back to confirm it has been fixed.
