Bad Service from repairs centre

I bought my phone from Markhams Eastgate about a year ago..Last month it started freezing and so I took it in to Markhams for repairs. I was told that my phone could take about 3 to 4 weeks to get fixed..After 3 weeks of waiting I got a call from Cell C to confirm whether it should be fixed or not. It has been another 3 weeks now waiting and in all this time Cell C amd Markhams has not communicated anything about my phone. I had to go to them personally to find out what was happening with my phone. While I was there I was told that Cell C wants me to pay R585 to get my phone fixed. I was told by a Cell C consultant that after I pay I will get a call to confirm my payment, I have paid the amount but still haven't recieved a call. Today I called the call centre to aks about what's happening with my phone and all the consultant did was take my number and said she would call back in a few minutes, she still has not called. I am not happy with the service I've recived from Markhams and Cell C.They seem to just be pionting fingers and shifting blame.
