Ridiculiously high MTN Broadband bill

After having an internet and cell phone bill of more or less R400 for the past 2 years my broadband bill has all of an sudden gone up to over a R1000 for the past 3 months. I logged an complain with MTN about a month and a half ago and after numerous phone calls I still have had no answers. I have also requested a cap on this account as i cannot afford to pay a R1000 every month but MTN keeps on giving me the same answer over and over: "sorry no cap allowed as we are still busy investigating this case". This looks more like a money making scheme to me as i have to continue paying nearly a R1000 a month while MTN supposetly investigates my case.

I would appreciate MTN to get back to me regarding this matter and so me proof that i have actually used (and for what) the broadbrand they are billing me for.
