Telkom accounts department useless

Good day this is the second complaint to Hello Peter regarding my account which was cancelled in January 2013, yet still being charged. No one at telkom seems to know what they are doing. Contact Mr Davies on 006444728867. As previously stated I am in New Zealand at the moment. Or contact my wife Judy on 64218445467 mobile or the home number as above. This is urgent.
