4 months into contract, still not corrected

After endless queries, telephone calls, unreplied e-mails, hellopeter posts etc we are still on the wrong contracts.
It just seems that they are willing to lose me as a customer after 4 years of being a loyal paying one. Maybe I should just throw the phones in the closest pond and get myself another service provider... who knows, this is just what they want because it seems I am working with a bunch of incompetent people.
