Sim swap horror with MTN

I called to do a sim swap as I wanted to migrate from a micro sim to a conventional one. I was asked a series of questions and at the i was told that my sim swap was declined and the consultant couldn't even tell me on what basis.

It's not like i had misplaced my sim card nor lost it. This is just unreasonable.

I'm porting to another network as soon i can.
