I've had my 3 contracts with Virgin Mobile for more than 6 years now. On the 1st of May they did a migration to a new program, since than we are unable to use the phones (can not make any outgoing calls), the airtime's not loaded as it is suppose to be. I have phoned several times & everytime a consultant tells me they will send it through to their supervisor. How many times does one person have to phone before this gets sorted out?! I am suppose to upgrade one of my contracts, I can't even do that because the systems are not working properly.
At this stage I would rather cancel my contracts with Virgin Mobile & go to another sevice provider that can give the service that is required. What is the use you pay for a service but you don't get the service!!!
