Unauthorised charges

First of all I know not to subscribe to any of these things as they just charge you unknown amounts that you only see too late at the end of the month.

A tablet that is only used for internet browsing at home mainly on WIFI suddenly started having a bill of over R1000 when usually and for the last 18 months the bill had never been above the minimum charge of R369 pm. That equates to over R600 in one month that you have from me. We cancelled this after the first bill came through and all of a sudden the next month it was charged for again.

I want a reimbursement for all amounts received off my cellphone number if this is to be sorted out to my satisfaction.

On another note cell providers should be responsible for this kind of underhanded behaviour.
