I am a Pre Paid customer of Top TV. For the past 9 months, every month my voucher would not be activated via cell phone as Top TV claims. I have to phone them every time which results in additional telephone charges. I have been complaining about this every month and I feel they are making me pay for a service they do not provide. Their response to this problem every month is they don't know what the problem is and that they will look into it and never do. My cell phone bill has added up to around a R1000 over a 9 month period. Top TV is making me pay more for the vouchers than other customers considering the fact that they are claiming I am the only one complaining about this. Top TV needs to reimburse me for the cell phone charges and they need to sort out this problem.
