I went to your Morningside, Sandton Service Centre yesterday. I was told by the gentleman at the Blackberry desk that I would have to take my phone in the Repair Centre in Allandale as I needed to have it backed up before I could book it in for repairs.
I subsequently drove to Allandale and waited about 50mins in which time nobody even attempted to help me. I then called the manager and complained to him and his response was that he had no control over the Blackberry Kiosk. The Blackberry consultant informed me that there was no need for me to have driven out to Allandale as I could have had the backup done in Morningside.
I eventually had my phone backed up and booked in. the consultant informed me that my phone would be ready for collection that afternoon and I requested that my phone be sent back to Morningside because that is where I work and live.
I called the call centre this morning to find out what time I could collect my phone, and Ntombi informed me that my phone is waiting for collection in Allandale.
I am now totally peeved off as I wasted a whole afternoon yesterday driving to Allandale when there was no need and now I am told that there is no contact number for them.
