Hi Guys

I have phoned your customar call center numerious times with regards to the mobile connection that i have.
Last year i always use to get three bar signal on HSUPA, until around October 2012.
I still get 3 to 2 bar HSUPA signal now but the latency is extremely bad.
Have reported this numerious times, did the troubleshooting, still no go.
Please have a look at the base station in Terenure and Kempton Park West.
I understand that you prioritize voice over date but i need to work from home as well.
Failure to resolve will lead me with no choice but to change my ISP.
