I made a complaint on the same problem back in August. My 3G signal is just getting worse and worse. It used to randomly drop to bad connection, but now it is almost always a bad connection, so much so that I can barely use it. Back in April when I took out the 3G it was working fine and I could play games over the internet without problem. Lately I cant even connect to games hosted in JHB. After the last time I complained, you guys sent technicians out twice to come and test the signal, but TESTING THE SIGNAL IS NOT GOING TO FIX IT!!! I am getting tired of having to pay for a service that I cannot use properly. THIS NEEDS TO GET FIXED.
