Insurance claim

I recently lost my phone, I put in an insurance claim and its been 2 weeks since I last spoke to them. They still haven't processed my claim. Every time I call them I receive automated voice prompts in repeat mode and never even get to the consultants. I cannot live any longer without a phone.
