Let down once again!

Good day,
I lost my phone Saturday 6th July I immediately stopped SIM & Sunday 7th went into Nashua Mobiel to report and claim after getting ITC number from the police.
I specifically asked for my case to be expedited because I leave the country tomorrow Wed 10th travelling. You can look in your system how many times i have had issues with Nashua Mobile. The ONE time I need assistance more than ever i am let down again. I called the call centre and after holding for hours and being cut off 7 times I found out my claim had not even been processed by yesterday afternoon. After stated the urgency! I called CellC insurance today & they have not even seen my claim. I have been with Nashua for more than 5 years and this is the first time I have claimed and when in desperate need to get my claim processed and get a phone I receive no help. I am frustrated and unhappy at the servcie I have received. PLEASE may someone expedite my claim so today so that I receive feedback at least & I get a handset and travel with my phone tomorrow!
