NEVER TAKE INSURANCE WITH AUTOPAGE

I Have my account for over 15 years with this company and 4 lines that I do pay every month with INSURANCE on each handset. I had a claim registered 5 FIVE WEEKS AGO! The first one in 15 YEARS! I spoke to A Angelique, Ashmed, Carin, Israel that is the most resent names I have wrote down I spend hundreds of Rands to follow up each day on the claim EVERY day EVERY TIME THERE IS A DIFFERENT story from where they don't have stock to the phone is discontinued and recently they didn't received my claim sent to them 5 weeks ago!!! How on earth could you spoke to SO many people and everyone has a different story towards your claim which they can pick up and confirmed in the beginning they did received after I had to do that 4 times also!!! NOW they can't pick up my claim!!! They will send me the claim again which they also did not DO!!! Put your mobile phone on your house insurance, I can promise any customer that you will not hang on for hours and they will sort it out in no time!!
